Build it like Berlin

On the area of the new Berlin Europacity, the Heidestrasse quarter is currently being built under the motto “Mix it like Berlin”. It is planned as a trendy new neighborhood consisting of residential and office buildings, businesses, open spaces and green areas. Such a huge project naturally needs strong partners. SÜLZLE Nutzeisen supplies Bauer Spezialtiefbau with over 1,300 tons of double HEA profiles. The project was realized in cooperation with the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner branch in Dessau-Roßlau. The profiles serve to secure the excavation pits for the development blocks QH Track, QH Straight and Colonnades. For this purpose the beams are set in concrete, after drying out the countersunk anchor plates can be exposed and the anchoring work can be carried out. The profiles supplied by SÜLZLE Nutzeisen are also used as a stable and economical alternative to pipe reinforcements.
